The Connect Model is a regional collaborative of employers who come together to address talent attraction and retention.  By working together, employers crossing industry sectors are able to address the challenges they face in recruitment and retention with  consistent, comprehensive and efficient programming.

Employers refer both valued candidates and new hires to their local economic development organization where the program services are offered.  Dedicated staff will work confidentially to accelerate both professional networks for spouse/partners and personal networks for individuals and families.

Our work has served to help spouse/partners to find jobs 39% faster than the national average as well as retaining participant original hires at 90%.
