Connecting individuals and families to resources specific to their needs is a key component in helping new hires to transition into the Capital Region. Whether newly relocated hires are single, coupled or married with children, Tech Valley Connect works closely with them to connect them to personal resources that matter. Each hire is assigned a confidential program coordinator to work with them for one year in an effort to help them to build ties to the area. We find out what people are passionate about and connect them to those resources, by providing qualified resources and strategic social and professional networking opportunities.  By helping newcomers to build roots in their new communities, those ties become reasons to call the Capital Region ‘home’.
